Administrative procedures for the despatch of samples to laboratories in Réunion (LOA : Official Letter of Authorization)
The French regulations stipulate that it is necessary to have a prior authorization to import samples of plants or biological organisms for analysis in laboratories. In the case of PRPV, a simplified procedure has been organised by the Réunion department of plant protection (SPV).
